​Stanislavs Sviderskis advises on corporate and commercial law matters, and represents clients' interests in dispute resolution, both in litigation and in negotiations, in order to reach effective out-of-court solutions. 

Stanislav's has experience drafting corporate documents and contracts, advising on construction and real estate development matters, and planning and executing litigation strategies. Additionally, he advises clients on compliance issues, including privacy and data security, and assists in developing security measures and policies, preparing privacy documentation, providing staff training, and analyzing data security incidents. 

Stanislav also specializes in criminal law, advising on aspects of sanctions regulation, proceeding for criminal property and property offences. ​
