Stanislavs Sviderskis

Stanislav's has experience drafting corporate documents and contracts, advising on construction and real estate development matters, and planning and executing litigation strategies. Additionally, he advises clients on compliance issues, including privacy and data security, and assists in developing security measures and policies, preparing privacy documentation, providing staff training, and analyzing data security incidents. 

Stanislav also specializes in criminal law, advising on aspects of sanctions regulation, proceeding for criminal property and property offences. ​

- Participation in the implementation of projects of national importance, including negotiation and preparation of contracts for the purchase and storage of safety stock petroleum products and petroleum products.

- Representing the client's interests in litigation related to the interpretation of the provisions of Directive (EU) 2015/849 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the annulment of an unfavorable decision of the tax administration. 

- Advising multinational companies on privacy and data protection compliance, including as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) in several countries.

- Participation in numerous disputes and litigation arising from or related to construction contracts, including the interpretation and application of FIDIC “Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build” (Yellow Book) and other relevant contractual frameworks.

- Participation in a number of cases related to the implementation of the requirements of the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism and Proliferation Financing, as well as the Law on International Sanctions and National Sanctions of the Republic of Latvia and the protection of the client's financial interests.​
