Marina Mihailova is a tax expert with more than 18 years of experience working in both public administration and the private sector, including at leading international audit firms and companies.

Marina is a Latvian Certified Tax Consultant (LNKA) and Latvian Certified Accountant (LRGA). Marina's professional career includes:
- 5 years of experience in the VAT Methodology Department of the SRS Tax Administration, followed by  and more than a year in the Indirect Tax Department of the Ministry of Finance;
- Almost almost 10 years of experience in in tax advisory  in at Big Four companies firms;
- many years of experience in accounting, both as a general chief accountant and as an accountant in local and international companies.

Marina's main areas of expertise are indirect taxation and VAT, as well as tax due diligence.
Marina's wide-ranging experience allows her to view tax and accounting aspects issues in a holistic context, providing offering clients a comprehensive, thoughtful and easy-to-understand approach to each client's situation.​
