Jens-Christian Pastille is responsible for legal and tax advisory services in the Nordic and Baltic region, focusing on cross-border transactions, business acquisitions and real estate projects.

Jens-Christian joined Rödl in 2004 and has led a number of strategic initiatives, including the addition of Henckel & Witt to Rödl Denmark (2020), as well as Omega Accounting AS and Polish Connection sp. z o.o. the integration of Norway and Poland. 

Jens-Christian holds a Master's degree in Law from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., USA, and has extensive experience in legal practice in Central and Eastern Europe.
