Inese Lazdupe focuses on M&A and restructuring transactions, as well as business and asset acquisitions. One of Inese's areas of specialization is employment law.

Inese has more than 20 years of legal experience, providing legal services to local and international clients in various commercial transactions, as well as legal support to foreign investors setting up operations in Latvia.

- Providing full legal support in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, as well as in the legal processes for setting up joint ventures, including leading due diligence processes; providing full support in drafting documentation and negotiations, as well as drafting and negotiating member/shareholder agreements with members.

- Providing full legal support in corporate restructuring projects, portfolio, asset and business acquisition, transition transactions, including drafting necessary documents related to business acquisitions and providing legal support to clients in the implementation of the transaction. 

- Providing legal opinions on the feasibility of various operations, the risks involved and recommendations to mitigate or eliminate risks, as well as legal opinions in the area of compliance.

- Providing comprehensive legal support in labour law, including drafting collective agreements, individual employment contracts, and employment-related documentation. Advised clients on labour law matters and assisted them in complex situations, including labour disputes and termination of employment.

- Developing corporate governance frameworks and prepared all regulatory documentation related to corporate governance for client companies.​
