Arturs Punculis has extensive experience in commercial law - he advises on commercial and corporate governance matters on a daily basis, assisting companies at all stages of their development. 

Arturs experience includes drafting documents for the establishment of legal entities, registration of changes, implementation of restructuring, drafting internal governance documents, as well as advising on other business-related matters.

Arturs also advises clients on compliance issues, including the application of development planning documents and construction regulations, and assists in obtaining the necessary approvals for construction projects. Artur's experience ranges from small-scale projects (e.g. individual housing developments) to large infrastructure initiatives and the construction of industrial facilities.

- Legal advisory services to client on the project "Establishment of a recirculation system fish farm" (total eligible costs EUR 8 million) under the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund. The advice covered application eligibility, construction and environmental requirements, spatial planning, etc.

- Advising a client in the process of constructing a solar power plant, resolving a dispute with the owner of a neighbouring land plot. Involvement in the dispute and proposing solutions to ensure that the project is implemented in compliance with the regulatory framework.

- Participation in several legal due diligence processes, carrying out in-depth analysis of both commercial companies in various sectors (e.g. peat mining, metal processing, food industry, etc.) and real estate, including land units exceeding 1.5 thousand ha and buildings.​
