Ilze Grinberga's experience includes 20 years of practice as an attorney and 4 years of experience in the management body of state-owned public companies, which has allowed her to learn the field of law not only from the perspective of the lawmaker, but also from the point of view of a law enforcer and an attorney. 

Ilze specializes in commercial and corporate law, with a focus on transaction planning, risk management, dispute resolution, and corporate governance, including ESG requirements. Supports clients in developing sustainability policies and strategies. Participation in corporate governance initiatives led by international institutions has provided a broader perspective on regulatory frameworks and enabled precise identification of client needs.

Ilze also has extensive experience in civil law, including disputes over ownership and management of immovable property, construction, enforcement of obligations, inheritance law and heirs' disputes, as well as in public administration and administrative law. ​
