With more than 30 years of legal experience, Sanda Lace has gained extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, employment law, commercial law, as well as real estate transactions. 

Sanda is also responsible for the day-to-day management of Rödl Latvia's tax advisory team, implementing strategic objectives and providing high quality legal and tax advice to clients in Latvia and beyond it.

In her day-to-day work, Sanda works closely with Rödl's Tax and Accounting teams to provide tailored solutions and support. ​
