​Dace Drice has been advising clients on civil and administrative law for 20 years. One of Dace's main specializations is labour law. She is an expert in recruitment processes, individual and collective dismissals, labour law litigation, out-of-court settlements, secondments and employment of foreign employees in Latvia, employee transition processes, internal investigations and disciplinary proceedings. 

Dace has extensive experience in representing clients in courts - both in civil and administrative proceedings, as well as in arbitration, including labour law, construction, recovery of damages and administrative act appeals.
